At The Ephraim Spa we are used to hearing our busy clients lament how little relaxation time they have for themselves, so we have found a special way to encourage you to take a little time out!

Each time you enjoy a hair or beauty treatment or purchase products from The Ephraim Spa, you will accumulate reward points.

Every time you reach 100 Ephraim Spa rewards points you will receive a complimentary Payot Premium Facial including a luxurious foot ritual.

This is our way of showing our appreciation to our valuable clients and encouraging you take time out to reward yourself.

• To ensure you enjoy your Relaxation Rewards regularly, these points do not accumulate, so you’ll need to indulge yourself with your complimentary treatment within 90 days. Please note rewards points cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ephraim Spa offers or discounts and any additional treatment will be charged as per the retail price.
• Excludes GST.
• Replaces any points programmes previously available.
• Redemption not available between 10th December – 10th February or Public Holidays.
• Any unused points will automatically void themselves after 6 months.
• Redemption only available Monday to Friday inclusive.
• Available to Ephraim Club Members only.
• Points cannot be traded for any other treatment.
• Points are not transferable.
• You will receive a letter once 100 points have been accumulated.
• Ephraim Spa has the right to change the rewards program at any time.
